It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises.
All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note and we will adhere to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Our drivers are incredibly careful; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to the supplier.
You can return or exchange item(s) within 7 days by contacting us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging, You will receive a full refund minus a 20% handling fee, Shipping costs are not refunded, Please note that all returns and complaints must be dealt with via email,
Ex-Display items are not eligible to be returned. Bespoke items are only allowed to be returned if they arrive at your home damaged, You will be offered a replacement but a refund isn’t available due to it being bespoke.
If you place an incorrect order and would like to exchange the item(s) for a different colour or variation, then this can be arranged for a fee of £79. This fee is to be paid prior to the exchange taking place. We are to be notified of any exchange within 7 days and any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging.
Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to business customers. Ex-Display items are sold as seen and are not eligible to be returned, it is your responsibility to inspect these items before purchase . It is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the products purchased meet the standards required for the environment in which they will be used.
